Limited STORE SALES in winter: December through February, we will deliver twice a week to Medford Food Coop and Shop n Kart. These sales will be limited, as we have to bag, label and slice for the stores and we have limited early morning winter labor for doing this. So best to attend a market or pop up location if possible for the freshest bread and pastries, and for the most variety. And best to get to stores on Tuesday and Saturday afternoons, after 3pm to insure its there.

BREAD SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM: We still have some available bread subscription memberships: once a month we will drop 6 or more loaves at your doorstep and charge your credit card. Email us at josied@gmail.com or on our contact page and we’ll send you more info about that program. We have a limited number of memberships and members must commit to a year.

We will also continue to supply the current restaurants as long as they continue to order from us.
