MEDFORD ON THURSDAYS in January & February: NEW POP UP LOCATION starting January 22nd (no pop up on the 15th). We will be selling our bread on Thursdays starting 1/22/26 at the Rogue Credit Union on Poplar street in Medford, 10-2pm. Drive into the parking lot and you will find us in the gravel on the north end of the lot. To place a special order, text 2 days ahead and order a minimum of 6 loaves. 541 899 3472

Limited STORE SALES in winter: December through February, we will deliver 2-3x a week to Medford Food Coop and Shop n Kart. These sales will be limited, as we have to bag, label and slice for the stores and we have limited early morning winter labor for doing this. So best to attend a market or pop-up location if possible for the freshest bread and pastries, and for the most variety. And best to get to stores on Tuesday and Saturday afternoons, after 3pm to insure it’s there.

BREAD SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM: We still have some available bread subscription memberships: once a month we drop 6 or more loaves at your doorstep and charge your credit card. Email us at josied@gmail.com or on our contact page and we’ll send you more info about that program. We have a limited number of memberships and members must commit to a year. Members also have to be located somewhat near our current delivery routes.

We will also continue to supply the current restaurants as long as they continue to order from us.
